THE EXPERIENCE
The Experience is our signature luxury setup, curated for clients who want more than a backdrop, they want a moment. This is an all inclusive package that blends event design and photography.

This signature prom experience transforms your send-off into a cinematic red-carpet moment. The design features up to eight premium pipe-and-drape panels, a custom walk-in magazine photo box with personalized vinyl lettering, and three professionally designed photo boards highlighting the senior in editorial style.
The Experience also includes two seven-foot balloon garlands, three covered arch stands, a champagne wall, candy cart, cold sparks, and candle styling to elevate the atmosphere, while a luxury runner or rug with stanchions completes the grand entrance. A dedicated seating lounge anchors the space as well.
This fully designed moment includes 15 customized t-shirts and party favors for your guests. Beyond The Lens will capture your special day with 25 professionally edited photos and videography.
For a bonus, we will include a customized digital. invitation and capture your photos for your photoboards.

This refined prom experience is thoughtfully designed to deliver a polished, red-carpet send-off. The space is styled with up to six premium pipe-and-drape panels, two professionally designed photo boards, a seven-foot organic balloon garland, and two covered arch stands for a layered, sophisticated look.
Your choice of a champagne wall or candy cart enhances the guest experience, while a dedicated seating lounge for the Senior(s) and a luxury runner or rug with stanchion ropes complete the grand entrance aesthetic.
Enjoy your luxurious event with champagne glasses, cups, chip bags, Oreos, candy bars, and branded T-shirts. This package is customized for 10 guests. Professional photography is included, with 18 expertly edited images capturing every unforgettable detail.

This intimate prom experience is designed to deliver a stylish and memorable send-off with refined detail. The setup includes up to four premium pipe-and-drape panels, a professionally designed photo board, and a six-foot organic balloon garland to create a polished focal point. You will love the dedicated seating area for the senior(s), finished with a luxe rug and stanchion poles with ropes, to add a red-carpet touch to the atmosphere.
Up to five guests per item will receive customized favors, including branded cups, chip bags, Oreos, candy bars, and T-shirts, thoughtfully curated to complement the event’s theme.
Professional photography is included, with 12 expertly edited images capturing the elegance of the moment.
